For IEEE SPS members
Current IEEE Signal Processing Society members attend the chapter workshops free. Membership is verified when you register.
How it works
STEP 1
Request access
Use the request form for the workshop you want to attend. It opens an email to the chapter.
STEP 2
We verify membership
We confirm your current IEEE Signal Processing Society membership. No payment is required for eligible members.
STEP 3
You are confirmed
Your place is confirmed by email, with the venue and timing for the event.
Good to know
- SPS membership, not just IEEE. IEEE membership alone is different from SPS membership. Joining SPS is optional, and dues are paid separately to IEEE.
- Not a member? You are still welcome. Admission information for other attendees is on the workshop page. The 6–7 PM networking hour is free for everyone, subject to capacity.
- Keep credentials private. Never share membership passwords or payment details by email or form.
- Membership questions? Contact Upal Mahbub, Chair. For AI workshop participation, contact Chhavi Jain, program lead, or Somsubhra Barik.
